Rather than simply deploying software, WBL Consulting Group redesigned the company’s entire operational workflow by migrating all 20 employees onto a unified Digital Workplace powered by Lark Suite, including Lark Chat, Calendar, Docs, and Tasks.
A key highlight of WBL’s consulting approach was the development of a customized Mini CRM for the education industry using Lark Base, enabling the company to monitor each student’s lifecycle from initial inquiry to post enrollment support.
The entire management process was automated. The CRM was directly integrated with 12 Pancake user accounts to automatically route incoming conversations and synchronize converted customer data into the central system.
WBL also configured intelligent automation assistants that notify telesales representatives whenever a customer has been inactive for more than three days, while automatically scheduling follow up campaigns after one, two, and three months to encourage repeat enrollments.
