H&D Realty is backed by a highly experienced team with professionals from leading companies in the real estate industry. However, the company faced significant challenges due to manual property listing management and an inconsistent lead distribution process. As a result, valuable customer data was underutilized, limiting the effectiveness of sales strategies and reducing overall business performance.

CHALLENGES
  • Slow Project Information Retrieval: Real estate projects contain complex attributes such as unit size, number of bedrooms, and property type. Without a centralized system, sales consultants spent excessive time searching for suitable properties during customer consultations.

  • Inefficient Lead Distribution: Customer leads were assigned randomly rather than based on detailed information or predefined sales scenarios, resulting in underutilized data and missed sales opportunities.

  • Data Security Risks: Protecting customer information became critical to safeguarding high-value sales opportunities, preventing customer loss, and maintaining the company’s reputation.
SOLUTION
The WBL team designed and implemented a comprehensive management system through 03 strategic phases::
 
  • Phase 1 – Centralized Project Database dự án: Lark Forms were deployed for intuitive property data management, while Lark Query enabled fast searches based on specific criteria such as orientation and brokerage objectives. WBL also integrated automatic project translation to eliminate language barriers when serving international clients.
 
  • Phase 2 – Intelligent Mini CRM Deployment: A Lark Assistant was configured to automatically notify and assign new leads to the appropriate teams and sales representatives. The entire customer journey, from lead capture to contract approval, was managed seamlessly within the Mini CRM.
 
  • Phase 3 – Process Standardization & Training: WBL delivered comprehensive operational documentation, conducted hands-on training sessions, and implemented role-based access control to ensure every team member could confidently adopt the new system.
RESULTS
After deployment, the system delivered measurable improvements across three core areas:
 
  • Operational Efficiency: 100% of information was centralized on a single platform, ensuring the system is always ready to scale. Operational staff workload was reduced by 80%.
