The company relied on multiple disconnected tools such as Zalo and Google Sheets, creating significant concerns over customer data security. In addition, managing the telesales team across different shifts proved challenging, as attendance tracking and KPI monitoring were handled manually in Excel, leaving the CEO overwhelmed with administrative tasks.

  • Standardized Internal Management: Lark Messenger and Lark Docs/Wiki centralized company communications, training materials, and operational documentation on a single platform with role-based access control.

  • Automated Workforce Management: Lark Sheets and Lark Attendance enabled employees to register shifts and clock in using Wi-Fi and location verification. Attendance reports were generated automatically, significantly reducing manual reconciliation for both employees and managers.

  • Industry-Specific Mini CRM for Real Estate: A Mini CRM built on Lark Base automatically distributed qualified leads to individual sales representatives. The solution also introduced strict security controls, requiring authenticated access to customer data while disabling download permissions to prevent information leakage. In addition, the system supported collaborative lead management, allowing multiple sales representatives to work on the same customer when required by complex real estate projects.

  • Real-Time Management Dashboards: Automated dashboards provided real-time visibility into conversion rates, lead sources, and the performance of individual sales representatives and teams.
